Situated within a Grade II listed Georgian villa, this very convenient accommodation has 2 bright and airy guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, quality bed linen and towels supplied. The lounge is at the front of the property with large sash windows providing you with spectacular views of the sea and the English Riviera’s 22 miles of striking coastline.  The kitchen has built-in amenities including a dishwasher and washer/dryer and is fully stocked with crockery, utensils and kitchenware.  The property can sleep up to 4 people and is ideal for families.

If you are travelling to the area by car there is a dedicated parking space at neighbouring Quayside Hotel car park. On arrival you’ll find a welcome pack with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as well as an inviting bottle of chilled white wine to make your stay extra special.

The location is unique with an array of quaint side streets, colourful fisherman’s cottages and a busy picturesque fishing port close by with over 100 small day boats and beam trawlers landing their catch each day, as well as the majestic heritage vessels sailing by.

Once settled in why not leave the car behind and explore the area on foot with Brixham town centre (0.2 miles) and Berry Head Nature Reserve, a gateway site to the UNESCO Global Geopark (1.2 miles) within easy reach.

Brixham is at the heart of England’s Seafood Coast and has the highest quality fish and seafood caught in the local waters, landed and sold at Brixham Fish Market and served up in many of the local cafes, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Whether you prefer to rustle up a homemade dish using the finest seafood ingredients bought in the town or sample a fish and chips supper on Brixham harbourside, it will be some of the freshest and tastiest that the West Country has to offer.      

Breakwater Beach (0.4 mile), a Blue Flag & Seaside Award winner with a gently sloping small, pebble beach is within a short, 5-minute walk. This is a popular spot for scuba diving and exploring the stunning underwater landscapes.  Brixham’s Breakwater close by provides breath-taking panoramic sea views and Shoalstone Seawater Pool, a 10-minute walk away is one of only a handful of outdoor seawater lidos in the country that still exist.
