This three-storey house, only a short walk from the harbour front, is only a 5-minute walk to a notorious restaurant where you can enjoy beautiful breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. For those who want a nice hearty meal, there is a wonderful pub/restaurant situated only 175 yards from the property, which has a dog friendly beer garden. With a shop only 4 minutes away, all your needs for your stay are there for you.
Just a short stroll from Brixham’s many pubs and restaurants, this three-storey house is the perfect base for exploring South Devon.

Kitchen: With gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bathroom: With roll-top slipper bath, shower cubicle and toilet.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 3: With double bed and twin beds (for flexible sleeping arrangements).

There is plenty to see and do here in Brixham, including a town museum, Pirate Festival and regattas.  If you drive or even get the bus into Paignton, you can catch a train and head off to many more exciting places such as Exeter, Plymouth and Totnes. In Brixham there is an outdoor sea water pool at Shoalstone to enjoy. The best beach to explore closest to the property is Churston Cove, which is a 5-minute drive away. Beach 1 mile. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant 175 yards.
