This tastefully decorated, open plan, self-catering apartment offers the perfect coastal getaway.  It’s a great choice for a family seaside holiday or a weekend break away with a group of friends. 3 Curlew has 2 good sized bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. The property has allocated parking and space for one car, which guests are welcome to use. There are also excellent, regular bus services to the neighbouring towns of Paignton (6.4 miles), Torquay (9.3 miles), Kingswear (7.4 miles), Dartmouth (8.1 miles) and good access to other South Devon locations if you choose to leave the car behind.

The secluded location of 3 Curlew provides a peaceful haven to get away from it all and the elevated position provides amazing panoramic views of Brixham and across Devon’s Beautiful Bay. This accommodation is not suitable for visitors with limited mobility as access to the property is via a staircase. 3 Curlew is light and airy throughout as there are large, wide windows and patio doors leading to the decked outdoor balcony, an idyllic spot to watch the sun set, enjoy an evening drink or some alfresco dining. Guests have full access to the complex’s communal outdoor swimming pool which is open daily until 7pm during the warmer months.  3 Curlew also has a games room with full-sized table-top football, fun for all the family.

The living room’s modern furnishings, trendy décor and lighting creates a warm and relaxing ambience and the large flat screen TV, comfortable sofas and pleasant artwork on the walls provides a homely feel. The fully fitted kitchen contains the very latest equipment including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, with a wide range of kitchen accessories, utensils and chinaware.

3 Curlew overlooks attractive woodlands and the delightful Battery Gardens (0.1 mile), known as the ‘Grandstand of Torbay’ filled with a natural landscape of trees, shrubs, wild orchids and bluebells. It’s also only a short pleasant stroll to all the town’s amenities and attractions including Brixham Fish Market, Brixham Harbour, Golden Hind Museum Ship (0.7 miles); Brixham Theatre, Brixham Heritage Museum and the town centre (1 mile).

One of the English Riviera’s Top 10 award-winning beaches is located in Brixham.  Breakwater Beach (1.4 mile), a gently sloping, small pebble beach is just a short walk from Brixham Harbour and the iconic breakwater and is a Blue Flag, Good Beach Guide and Seaside Award winner.  The calm, warm waters and stunning underwater landscapes make this a popular spot with scuba divers and snorkellers. Shoalstone Seawater Pool (1.7 miles), one of the few remaining lidos in the UK is also close by.
