Summerlands Guest House, is one of many guest houses that are ideally situated in Torquay, at the heart of the English Riviera. We offer a relaxing bed and breakfast accommodation for you, during your stay.

We are approximately 2 minutes walk away from Torre Abbey Beach and the English Riviera International Conference & Leisure Centre. A little further away is the Princess Theatre and the start of the Marina which leads onto the beautiful harbour at the heart of Torquay.
The harbour area contains a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, amusement arcades and bars and shops and leads onto the main Fleet Street shopping area.

With an agreeable climate, Torquay provides an all year round destination for either a short break or a longer getaway and our location provides an ideal base from which to explore the Jurassic Coastal Scenery, the estuaries of the Dart, Teign and Exe and the bleak beauty of Dartmoor.

We are a small family run bed and breakfast in the heart of Torquay, the English Riviera, South Devon. Our accommodation consists of 6 to 8 letting rooms; 1 single room, 1 twin room, 4 double rooms and 2 family rooms. We maintain a high standard of cleanliness and good service to ensure you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing break during your stay with us.

Our rooms are en-suite and tastefully decorated. All rooms have a flat screen television, hairdryer, mini-fridge, radio alarms, individually controlled central heating and a refreshment tray filled with a selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. Wi-Fi access to the internet is provided. For that last minute smarten up we have an ironing station on the landing.

We believe that the best way to start your day of either relaxing or exploring the delights of South Devon is with a nice hearty full English breakfast. This consists of bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans and as much white or brown toast as you require.

We also provide an extensive selection of cereals, juices and preserves and our range of teas and fresh ground coffee will round off your meal. For vegetarians, we offer meat free sausages and a selection of fresh fruit. Breakfast is served from 6:00 am until 9:30 am, however, we like to be flexible for our guests, therefore, times can be altered if necessary. Please let us know, if this is the case.

We have a small car park available for our guests if you wish to leave your car and use the readily available public transport to explore the sights of Torquay,The English Riviera and South Devon.
