To the north of Torquay, Babbacombe Model Village is a favourite attraction for many families on their summer breaks. The village features hundreds of model buildings illustrating town and country life, and is populated by 13,000 miniature people.
Other child friendly attractions in south Devon include go-karting in Brixham, and the Quaywest Water Park in Paignton, which features eight water slides for a variety of ages, as well as swimming pools for both adults and children.
