One of the top destinations for bowls holidays in the UK, they offer both indoor and outdoor bowls tours for clubs, with matches arranged by a specialist bowls co-ordinator. The resort features a 4-rink indoor bowls arena, bowls shop, clubhouse bar and easy access to outdoor bowls greens.

Bowling for all

If you’re looking for somewhere unique to play some outdoor bowls then try Abbey Park, on Torquay’s seafront. Suitable for all ages and abilities, the park also features tennis courts and a pitch ‘n putt course. A wonderful location to spend the afternoon, the green on Torquay’s seafront featured in the video for local electro-pop band Metronomy’s hit ‘The Bay’.

In winter, some fantastic indoor bowling can be had at the historic Oldway Mansion in Paignton. Or, if ten pin bowling’s more up your alley, head over to AMF Bowling in Torquay, which features entirely computerised lanes and family bowling fun. The complex also has a bar and great value diner.
