Car Parking on the English Riviera
There are plenty of car parking facilities on the English Riviera. Torbay Council operates 43 Car parks across Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, providing over 8,000 spaces with the majority of our car parks using the pay and display system.
CCTV monitors seven multi-storeys and a number of our surface car parks with regular patrols made in all car parks by Civil Enforcement Officers.
Torbay Council also maintains all Pay & Display machines in these facilities and on street locations.
