THIS EVENT IS PART OF THE ENGLISH RIVIERA WALKING FESTIVAL
The Brixham pirate festival has become one of the largest pirate gatherings in the world.
You’ll find a LOT of pirates from all walks of life, live music, and re-enactors with guns and canons so be prepared for lots of noise! Sea shanties, sword fights, and ships being boarded feature throughout the 3-day weekend with a family area to keep the little ones entertained. Admire the costumes being worn. The time and effort that has gone into making them is very impressive. We encourage our guests to come dressed up for the occasion and enter the spirit of this gloriously colourful and wonderfully entertaining event.
