Shoalstone Sea Water Open Air Swimming Pool and picnic area
The pool is patrolled and monitored by Lifeguards from 9.30 am until 5 pm daily, weather permitting. Notices will show when Lifeguards are not on duty.
Free for all use.
Changing cubicles.
Sun Loungers and Deck Chairs are available for daily hire from the Lifeguard Office.
Shoalstone Pool and picnic area are ideally situated for a perfect view across the bay to watch trawlers and day boats sail to and from the harbour.
You will also be able to see many coastal sea birds and may even catch a glimpse of the resident sea-lion.
Shoalstone sea water pool is maintained by a committed team of volunteers; “The Friends Of Shoalstone”. They maintain the pool by kind donations from visitors and users of the facility.
The pool is a fantastic facility in heart of the vibrant Brixham community and is enjoyed by thousands of people, locals and visitors every year.
