Enviable seafront position, overlooking Paignton seafront with the harbour around the corner. Family run, licensed accommodation with a reputation for good service, excellent home cooking and a friendly comfortable atmosphere. 12 ensuite bedrooms, 7 of which have sea views, including 1 on the ground floor. Rooms equipped with colour TV, DVD, CD player, hairdryer, radio alarm clocks, hospitality tray, complimentary toiletries, towels and thermostatic controlled central heating.
Each morning guests can select from a comprehensive breakfast menu in our comfortable dining room. We also have private car parking, a comfortable lounge bar and a patio for guests use.

The hotel occupies a premier position overlooking Paignton seafront, situated on level ground with its own car parking front and rear, just a few yards from the delightful harbour and beach. Splendid views across Torbay and a short level walk from the town centre, railway station and entertainment areas.
A pick up service for the guests and their luggage from Paignton railway and bus stations is available on request. The regular local Stagecoach bus number 12 will take you to Brixham, Torquay or Newton Abbott. The Dartmouth Steam Railway will let you enjoy a day out to Dartmouth enjoying breath taking coastal views along the way.
There is plenty to see and do for all ages in Paignton, a part of the English Riviera.
