Stunning Cockington Village is a 3/4 mile, delightful level walk from the seafront and roughly equidistant between Torquay & Paignton. Surrounded by 450 acres of Country Park, this preserved village was listed in the Doosmday book and is a popular visiter attraction. There's a village pub, Cockington Court manor house, ancient church, visitor centre, cafes, crafts studios and miles of country trails for walking or cycling. It is well placed to enjoy all the English Riviera and South Devon has to offer but in a wonderful rural setting.
Our luxury, 5 star self catering cottage, Mallock Cottage, has been recently renovated and stylishly decorated with holiday maker's in mind. Attached to Lanscombe House, the original dower house to Cockington Court, each property has been tastefully furnished with modern kitchens and bathrooms, central heating and outdoor areas to soak up the sun.
