A Forest Skills adventure just for kids! Explore Occombe’s own woodland Nature Trail with wild, fun and inspirational activities. Connecting children with their natural environment through hands-on fun activities including den building and marshmallow toasting.

Our sessions support play, exploration and supported risk-taking. All things to help develop confidence, self-esteem and learn new skills through first-hand experience in a beautiful natural setting.

Dates: Thursdays, 1st, 8th & 15th August

Time: 10am – 12pm

Cost:

Child: £18 per child. Suitable for children 3-16yrs. Booking Essential. Children should be accompanied by an adult. Includes all forest skills activities and optional entry to Occombe Farm Park & Play at the end of the session*.

Adult: Accompanying Adult is free for the session. Optional entry into Occombe Farm Park & Play at the end of the session is at a discounted rate £6.95, payable at the till. Adult Annual Pass Holders are free.

The event is held on the Occombe Farm Nature Trail.

*Children must be accompanied by an adult to Occombe Farm Park & Play, with adult entry at a discounted rate of £6.95.

Children and adults should wear clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activities (no open toe shoes), including long-sleeved tops, long trousers and sun protection if applicable.
