You have to admit that you love your dog as much as you love your children, or even your significant other! Once the patter of tiny paws has entered your home, all the rules you had set yourself go out the window.  It’s like before you have children and vow that you will never sit them in front of the TV, or let them drink anything but water, or let them have chocolate, and then when they arrive you do all those things and more.  The puppy you said would never be allowed treats, would never be allowed on the sofa and would most certainly never be allowed to sleep on the bed, is creeping up the stairs and into your heart (and bed) before the first week is out.

Luckily for you then, South Devon is up there with the most dog friendly places for a holiday.  Devon is a dog-loving county and whether you live here or come here for a holiday you will find that dogs are welcome in much of our accommodation, as well as places to eat, attractions and, of course, beaches.
