The Beach Retreat is a stunning four bedroom beach house set in a fantastic position overlooking Preston Sands. With contemporary fixtures and fittings and a fantastic quality of furnishings throughout, this will make a wonderful getaway that the whole family will love.
On the ground floor of the house you’ll find the most beautifully bright kitchen and dining area, with marble worktops, Neff appliances and sweeping sea views. Whether you want to grab a bite to eat on the go or prepare a family feast, you’re sure to find everything needed in this exceptional kitchen.
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with its own en suite and separate living area, ideal for those who prefer a little privacy, or those with limited mobility.
Upstairs, there are three more inviting bedrooms and three bathrooms; there’s certainly no shortage of space in this wonderful family home.
When you want to enjoy the sunshine and take in those incredible views, you can get to the terrace from the kitchen, living area and ground floor bedroom, and two further bedrooms have private balconies. This house is the perfect place for watching the world go by and dreaming the days away.
Located on Preston sea front, there is so much to keep you entertained right on your doorstep. Whether you fancy a game of crazy golf, an evening at the cinema or want to sample the amusements of Paignton Pier, you’ll find all of this just a short walk away. If you fancy a meal out or wandering around the shops, Torquay is within easy reach.
