Nigel and Karen welcome you to our beautiful guest house with a cosy atmosphere.
You will be ideally situated overlooking Queens Park with easy access to the shops, harbour and sea front. Local attractions include Paignton Zoo, multiplex cinema, Paignton, Paignton railway and coach station all within easy walking distance.
Our guest house is noted for its friendly welcome, high standard of home cooked food and freshly decorated rooms. Cleanliness is our number one priority. We are a no smoking establishment; although there is an outside area should you wish to indulge.
We are fully insured and hold a full firecertificate.
We are open all year round with the exception of Christmas and New Year.
Arrive as visitors, leave as friends.
Monday through to Thursday inclusive will take one night stays. Friday, Saturday and Sunday minimum two nightt stays.
