This spacious 3 storey house boasts an excellent sea view from both the lounge and the first floor double bedroom. It has been carefully furnished and equipped to a very good standard and offers 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and sleeping for an extra 2 in an occasional bedroom/utility room. As well as the bathroom which is on the second floor, it has a ground floor shower room. The house is just a few minutes walk to Brixham's pretty, working harbour with its replica Golden Hind and the larger resorts of Paignton and Torquay are a short drive away.
