All of our 9 apartments are self contained and have their own private bathroom with shower and toilet. They all have fully fitted kitchens with full size cookers, fridge's and microwaves. They have separate bedrooms, either 1 or 2 , they have kitchen/diner lounges and sleep 2-6 people. The apartments are ground and 1st floor with most having sea views.
Each is also equipped with an electric fire or convector heater and immersion heater. Electricity is via pre-payment meter. Everything else is provided except towels and tea towels, which can be hired for a nominal charge. Apartments 1 and 5 have probably the finest sea views of the whole bay of any in Torbay and are very popular.
We have ample off-road parking, so you can leave your car and just walk over to the beach yards away or relax in our grounds and gardens. Some of our apartments have their own private patios.
With our location right on the sea front on a level position, everything is easy to get to. Local shops, pubs and takeaways are just around the corner and Paignton town centre is within easy walking distance. Torquay and Brixham are a short distance away, they all offer something for one of all ages. It is an ideal base to reach any places of interest you may wish to visit.

Paignton is one of the most pleasant places in the country and many of our guests keep returning year after year, so join in with them and make a booking. We advise to book early to avoid disappointment.
Every one is welcome. Cots and high chairs are available (subject to availability). Please advise if you have any specific requirements and we will advise which one of our apartments may suit your needs the best.
