Based on the novel by Shirley Jackson - “Silence lay steadily against the wood and stone of Hill House, and whatever walked there, walked alone…” - Despite warnings about its evil reputation, four visitors, including Eleanor and Theodora, conduct an experiment to investigate the supposedly supernatural occurrences in the remote mansion.
