Torquay's Dinosaur World

Torquay's Dinosaur World is an exciting indoor exhibition that brings dinosaurs and their worlds to life! There are a host of scaled and full size models set in realistic scenes accompanied by exciting information. There are excavation sites where you can uncover fascinating fossils, dinosaurs that you can sit with if you are brave enough, a fun family quiz and many other interactive exhibits.

Imagine what life was like when these monsters roamed the earth as you walk past and get close to the life-sized dinosaurs. See if you are brave enough to grab a Triceratops by its horns or touch the giant hairy spiders!

Have you ever wanted to hunt for dinosaur fossils? Why not have a go in one of the excavation sites! Carefully brush through desert sand and discover a whole host of rare fossils, teeth and bones! What will you find?

Sit on some of the most fearsome creatures to ever walk the earth, such as the deadly Deinonycus, or even put your head in the fossilised skull of the scariest dinosaur ever – the monstrous T-Rex.

Once you have braved the world of dinosaurs all the explorers can browse through the Dinosaur World shop to find a perfect souvenir. There are dinosaur models, hatching dinosaur eggs, fossil digs, real fossils and much much more!
