Gym
At Genisis we have a fully equipped gym which makes a modern and exciting place to keep fit and acheive your goals. Our fitness suite is aimed at people of all ages and fitness levels.

We have a number of different machines which focus on all the areas of the body from muscle building to cardiovascular excercise.

Pool & Spa
The swimming pool within the Genisis Health Suite is 12 metres long by 6 metres wide, providing customers with an enjoyable area to swim. The pool itself is heated and runs at a temperature of 85 degrees.

Around the side of our pool we have loungers, tables and chairs, providing you with areas to relax after exercise.

Also located in the swimming pool area is an invigorating spa pool. This facility is perfect to use once you have finished your swim or gym session, helping to relax all those tired muscles.

Sauna
Our all-wooden sauna room can seat 10 people at one time. The sauna room runs at a temperature of 85 degrees. For those that prefer less intense heat then a relaxing session in the steam room will be the perfect way to unwind!
