Living Coasts, Torquay's award-winning coastal zoo, is home to a magnificent array of marine life from around the world. Set in a state of the art naturalistic environment, you can journey from the South African coast to a mangrove forest and then on to a sunken wreck.
Whatever the weather there is always plenty to do, mingle with the playful penguins, get up close with the otters and come face to face with the seals. There are a selection of over 20 species of fish, including archer fish and rays. Living Coasts offers visitors the chance to get closer to the animals than ever before; join the keepers at a penguin feed to see these incredible birds waddle around your feet.
As well as fascinating habitats and creatures, there are games, activities and panoramic underwater viewing areas. Make the seals dance, with ribbons the seals will follow your movements.
With a host of events and activities throughout the year, you are sure of a great day out whatever the weather.

The prices above include gift aid which means that if you are a UK taxpayer and you make a donation that is 10% more than the admission, the government will give us an extra 25% on top of your donation. Admission prices that do not include gift aid are as follows: Adult - £9.90, child - £7.45, senior citizens/students - £7.70, family - £31.45.
