From M5 junction 31
Take the A380 Exeter to Torquay road. At Paignton ring road roundabout continue straight on. Turn left at 3rd set of traffic lights into Hele Road. Turn left at roundabout into Barton Hill Road. Turn left into Kingskerswell Road.
