The Westgate a Quality 4 Star Silver Awarded accommodation, , is run by Paul & Lorraine Hemmings. Formerly, Paul served in her Majesty's Royal Navy. The Westgate is situated on a tree lined road with a Large Free Carpark central for the beach, entertainment and shopping. All our rooms are comfortably furnished, include freeview television and en-suite with a selection of family, single and double rooms. Free Wireless Broadband throughout the building. The kitchen is under the supervision of the proprietor who takes great pleasure in providing freshly cooked, wholesome food with a varied menu. Children under 5 years not accepted (no facilities for this). Please feel free to call us for further enquiries.

Road Directions

From A380
Follow A380 from the M5. On approaching Torquay, follow the signs for the seafront. At the last traffic lights before the sea, there is a restaurant called "Ocean Drive" on the right-hand side and Torre Abbey gates on the left. Turn sharp left here back on yourself into Falkland Road; 300 yards on your left, you will find The Westgate.

From Torquay - 0.5 miles
On leaving Torquay station turn left into Falkland Road, turn left and walk for approximately 600 yards. Alternatively, take a taxi or arrange pick up with us in advance.
