Self-contained flats for 2-5 persons; all have colour TV’s and continental quilts; 100 yards to the beach; 350 yards to town centre, pubs and shops; 130 yards to harbour and 300 yards from rail and coach stations.
Pets welcome by arrangement; free storage heating for cooler months; price reductions early and late; 5% discount for senior citizens all year except peak times; laundry and drying facilities on site; wheelchairs welcome by prior arrangement; only our ground floor flats are wheelchair friendly; one flat has some facilities for the disabled; open all year including Christmas.

From M5 junction 31
Continue onto A38, then A30. Follow signs for A3022 to Torquay. At Torquay seafront turn right for Paignton. At the mini-roundabout at end of Paignton seafront turn right into Sands Road, Kimberley is second on the right.
Public Transport Directions
From Paignton
On leaving the railway station bear right down Torbay Road and turn right into Queens Road. At the end of Queens Road turn left into Sands Road and we are 30 yards along on the left-hand side by the bus stop.
