Derwent Hill is set in one and a half acres of secluded and beautifully tendered gardens with sea views out across the bay. This splendid and carefully converted Victorian Villa is secluded enough to allow a quiet and restful base but close enough to the sea to allow you to enjoy and explore the many delights of Torquay and the surrounding area.

All of the apartments are spacious and well lit with natural daylight. They are tastefully decorated to a high standard, each one meticulously prepared for your visit.

The outdoor heated swimming pool is available from May (half term) to September.

A380 to Torre Station traffic lights; filter right into Avenue Road, signed Chelston, to next traffic lights. Turn right into Old Mill Road. Through shopping area, up the hill to Greenway Road, Derwent Hill is situated on the right handside.

Public Transport Directions

From Torquay railway station
Exit station and turn left into Rathmore Road at junction turn left into Walnut Road, over railway bridge and turn right into Rousdoun Road at junction turn left and as road bends you come into Greenway Road, Derwent Hill is about 200 yards on right hand side.
