Road Directions

From Exeter
From M5, take A380 towards Torquay. At end of dual carriageway, go straight across roundabout an through Kingskerswell. At next roundabout, turn right and go up onto dual carriageway. Go straight over roundabout and left at next one into Preston Down Road. Follow road right down to lights. Go straight across, along seafront. Over zebra crossing, Colin Road is 2nd on right. The Culverden Hotel is just up on the right.

Public Transport Directions

From Paignton Bus and Train Station.
Head down Torbay Road towards the sea. Turn left at the end of the road. Follow this until you go past the Redcliffe hotel on right. Colin Road is the 2nd road on left, just over the zebra crossing and the Culverden Hotel is just up on the right.
