Joan and Karen would like to welcome you to Colin House, a small 4 star guesthouse, located in a quiet cul-de-sac 60 yards from Preston Sands.
All the rooms are en-suite with tea/coffee making facilities, clock radio and hairdryer.
Off-street parking, an easy walk on the level into town and several good pubs and restaurants nearby- this is an ideal central location for a carefree holiday or short break. We are on a bus route for local attractions and the neighbouring towns of Brixham, Torquay and Totnes.
We offer a varied breakfast menu (with vegetarian option), all cooked to order as you like it. We pride ourselves on genuine hospitality, high standards of cleanliness and an excellent Full English breakfast.
Pick up from coach or train station can usually be arranged on request.

Road Directions

Travelling from the M5 and Exeter follow the A380 towards Torquay. Turn right at the roundabout (Ring Road) towards Paignton. Turn left at the second roundabout. Drive down the hill to the traffic lights (approx. 2 miles). Go straight on and under the bridge. The road bears to the right (Marine Drive). Colin Road is the second on the right.
