Ferndale Lodge is an attractive detached Villa situated within easy walking distance of Torquay town centre, harbour and beaches, yet surrounded by its own grounds within a conservation area.
Ferndale Lodge is the perfect base from which to enjoy your holiday in Torbay.
There are 24 beaches and coves to choose from including Torquay's main beach which was voted the best in the UK for sandcastle building. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of 22 miles of coastline, explore an area rich in history and geological heritage.
A lively international marina and harbour has an abundance of pavement cafes, pubs, restaurants, nightlife and good quality shops. A host of family attractions and activities means the children will never be bored.
Wether you are looking for an active holiday or a relaxing break Torquay offers something for everyone.
Ferndale Lodge is a small, friendly, family run, guest house. You can be assured of a warm welcome, personal service and value for money. We are commited to the highest standard of care and attention.
All rooms are en-suite, with a choice of single, double and family rooms, For a special occasion book our room featuring a beautiful Italian four poster bed. Ground floor rooms are available. All rooms have colour Flatscreen TV/DVD player, clock radio, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and a personal safe.
Enjoy a traditional English breakfast in our recently refurbished dining room or al fresco on our sun terrace. We endeavour to use locally sourced, free range ingredients, wherever possible in our cooking, Evening meals are available on request.
Relax and unwind in front of an open fire in our comfortable guest lounge complete with large screen plasma TV with digital freeview channels.
A large private car park is available for guests and also a covered area ideal for motorcycles and bicycles.
We offer a free/courtesy transport to and from the local train and coach stations which are only minutes away ( by prior arrangement).
