Our thermal suite is a series of experiences designed to take your body on a temperature journey. Featuring wet and dry zones, you will discover a Finnish sauna, a herbal sauna, an aroma steam room, ice fountain, drench bucket, multisensory shower experience, a hydropool, as well as heated ceramic loungers where you can lay and relax. Hydropool - The 8 person heated pool, combined with numerous massaging water jets, helps to relax tired muscles.

Heated loungers - Designed with maximum comfort in mind, the gentle heat provides deep warmth for tired muscles.

Saunas

Finnish Sauna - The intense dry heat of the Finnish sauna provides physical and mental relaxation.

Benefits: Helps reduce tension, stress and anxiety, provides anti-inflammatory properties and improves cardiovascular function.

Herbal Sauna - Relax and breathe in the scents of eucalyptus oil, known to relieve muscle pain and provide relief from respiratory problems.

Aroma steam room - A combination of heat and humidity in the eucalyptus-infused steam room promotes deep relaxation.

Shower experience - Guided by lights, wander through the multisensory rain showers, which stimulates and revitalises you simultaneously. Feel refreshed as the four showers, each varying in temperature, soak your entire body.

Ice fountain - Stimulate your circulation by rubbing handfuls of ice all over your body. This is particularly beneficial after spending time in the heat of our saunas or steam room.
